Applications: Installation and troubleshooting of software packages including, but not limited to: Windows NT, Windows2000, Windows98, Microsoft Office, Novell Netware, Outlook, Microsoft Internet Explorer; Lotus Notes, Apriori, Cyberprise Rumba Mainframe.
Hardware: Experience configuring, repairing and installing personal desktop systems, laptops, servers, and all types of EISA, ISA, PCI, PCMCIA, and SCSI hardware. Experience with cabling, hubs, and router installation and configuration of Ethernet NIC cards including 3Com.
Protocols: NETBEUI, TCP/IP, IPX/SPX, NETBIOS, Familiarity with Ethernet 802.2 and 802.3 and Ethernet II frame types. |

Provided technical support for the entire Tandy
computer line of products such as the TRS-80 on up to today’s systems like
IBM, Hewlett Packard, Compaq and other brands. Answered calls
troubleshooting hardware, software, and communications issues involving
